Q: ARE KIDS ALLOWED AT THE ECO SUITES?
A: the eco Suites and the Grand ecoSuites are adult only rooms. Kids under 12 are and babies not allowed. The ecoVilla, the Family and the Loft ecoSuites suitable for babies and children under 12. 

Q: WHERE IS THE HOTEL LOCATED? TELL ME MORE ABOUT THE AREA.
A: Despotiko ecoSuites is located on Tristinika beach, on the edge of the Sithonia peninsula, Chalkidiki’s second ‘finger’. The best way to reach Despotiko is by car from Thessaloniki in approx. 1h30m driving for 125km. Tristinika is a picturesque sea-level valley, among wild olive tree hills. Tristinika is a reserved Natura ecosystem with unique biodiversity. 

Q: HOW FAR IS IT FROM THE BEACH ?
A: Despotiko is located directly on the beach. The distance from the swimming pools is a 100m path through a reserved green area. It is a wide sandy beach without any stones ideal for children, with gradual sea depth and crystal clear water. There is no street crossing to reach the beach. 

Q: WHAT CAN I FIND WITHIN THE HOTEL RESORT ?
A: You will find: Restaurant and tavern, Pool bar, beach bar and lobby bar, Swimming pool for adults and kids, playground and children’s daycare, open air cinema, billiard, ping-pong, ground chess, sun beds and umbrellas by the pool and by the beach, chapel, massage and wellness facilities, Extensive gardens with olive, palm, pine trees, flowers and herbs. 

Q: HOW LONG ARE THE BARS AND RESTAURANTS OPEN ?
A: Breakfast is served at the buffet restaurant 07:30h-11h. Dinner is served at the buffet restaurant 7:30h-22:30h. Pool bar is open 10am to 12pm. Beach bar is open 10am to 7pm. 

Q: WHAT CAN I FIND NEARBY THE HOTEL ?
A: For pharmacies, banks and shops you can visit the town of Neos Marmaras (15km). Outside the hotel premises you will find two tavernas and a second beach bar in Tristinika area. In the village of Toroni (2km) you will find 2 supermarkets and a few restaurants. 

Q: WHAT IS THE VIEW OF THE ROOMS ?
A: All rooms have swimming pool view. Although all rooms are close to the beach, sea view is not possible because of dense trees between the hotel and beach. 

Q: DO ALL ROOMS HAVE KITCHEN ?
A: All rooms, besides the four Suites for couples, have a kitchenette with the basic equipment and mini fridge. 

Q: IS THERE A WIFI CONNECTION ?
A: There is WiFi available in all rooms and public areas for free. WiFi speed is up to 10Mbps download and up to 2Mbps upload. You could also have internet access for free at the computer of the lobby with free printing service.

Q: WHAT ARE THE ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES ?
A: Check in is from 15h and check out until 11h. If you arrive after 18h, please inform the reception at +30.2375051150. Feel free to ask for early check in and late check out upon availability. 

Q: CAN I PAY WITH A CREDIT CARD?
A: Yes you can pay with credit card or cash. We accept only VISA and Mastercard. Please note that a credit card is required for checking in as a guaranty. 

Q: ARE PETS ALLOWED ?
A: Yes, small and quiet pets are allowed free of charge. 

Q: IS THERE A PARKING FACILITY ?
A: Shaded Parking places are offered free of charge.
